Chris Ott
President CEO
Chris has 25 years of experience in the construction industry,
and over a decade of experience in civil and environmental
engineering. His areas of expertise are project management,
contaminated water-handling systems, and contaminated soil
processing. He has worked on a variety of multi-million dollar
bridge and road projects in California. |

George Nibler
M.S. Environmental Geochemist
George Nibler is an environmental geochemist with 15 years of experience in environmental
investigation and remediation projects, specializing in the geochemistry of water,
soil, and hazardous materials. His experience includes the design and implementation
of numerous geochemical and hydrological investigations, modeling of geochemical/hydrological
environments, and development and evaluation of treatment technologies.
Rebecca Mirsky
Ph.D., Senior Environmental Engineer
Dr. Rebecca Mirsky has over 25 years of experience in planning, design and implementation
of environmental remediation projects, including hazardous and radiological contamination
of soil, surface water, and groundwater. Her experience includes project planning,
subcontract administration, field engineering, and cost estimating on a wide
variety of environmental investigation and remediation projects on both private
and federal sites. Project work includes permit application review, chemical
and radiological risk assessment, data analysis for litigation support, environmental
assessments, feasibility studies, process evaluation, air dispersion modeling,
and review of regulatory cleanup levels to assess relevance and attainability.

Ryan Scholz
VP of Operations
Ryan Scholz has numerous years of experience in project
management and estimating. He has special expertise in
overseeing work crews to meet job specifications and requirements
on schedule and within budget. Mr. Scholz has simultaneously
managed the production and operation of several multi-million
dollar engineering and construction projects while maintaining
compliance with building codes and inspection standards. |

John Coon
VP of National Accounts
John has successfully taken existing companies into new
markets for over 15 years. He specializes in analyzing
markets and penetrating those markets with new services,
materials, and technologies. He has been instrumental in
developing the construction market for water treatment
services in Northern California. |

Keith Cummings
Business Development Manager
Keith brings many years of experience in construction techniques and environmental
solutions. Prior to joining ProTech, Keith worked for five years at Beazer Homes
INC, as their Erosion Control Manager. During that time he created an in-house
environmental compliance department that became the precedent for a national
program. |

As
both a licensed General Contractor and a wildlife Biologist/Ecologist,
I understand what it takes to meet discharge permit requirements
while maintaining construction project schedules. Although
we have tried other systems in the past, we now use ProTech
exclusively. ProTech always incorporates Best Available Technology
to meet the California Regional Water Quality Control Board's
requirements, and at substantial savings compared to other
systems.  |
